About Me
My name is Pamela Manner, and I am an 8x certified cosmetic tattoo artist in Blind Bay, BC. Beautiful, soft and airy brows are my passion, and I'm so excited to be bringing this service to our little slice of paradise in the Shuswap.
I'm originally from Kamloops but have lived in Blind Bay for the past 7 years with my husband and 3 children. When I'm not busy doing brows, you'll find me hiking, swimming, camping or just curled up with a book and a glass of local wine!

Brows
I offer many different styles and techniques of eyebrow micropigmentation. This includes Hairstrokes (Microblading), Powder Ombré and Combination Brows. We will discuss which option is best suited for you at the beginning of your appointment. A touch up is required between 6-12 weeks after the initial session.

Faux Freckles
A semi permanent tattoo to create the look
of sun kissed freckles. Pricing starts at
$150 and includes one free touch up if
needed.
Saline Tattoo Removal
Removal of previous permanent makesup, body tattoos and emergency removal. $150 per session.
